Terms & Conditions for Fiberglass Pool Sales 1. Retail Sales Policy Poolworld Philippines operates as a retail store and distributor of fiberglass pools and pool equipment. All fiberglass pools sold by Poolworld are supplied by their respective manufacturers. Poolworld acts as a retailer anddistributor only and does not manufacture fiberglass pools unless otherwise specified. 2. Payment Terms Orders will only be processed once the required PAYMENT has been received and confirmed. The payment structure shall follow the agreed terms stated in the quotation, invoice, or purchase order. Failure to complete payments according to the agreed schedule may result in delays in delivery or suspension oforder processing. 3. Order Confirmation An order for a fiberglass pool is considered confirmed once the downpayment has been paid. Upon confirmation, the fiberglass pool unit may be scheduled for production, allocation, or supplier ordering, and the order will be subject to the cancellation policies stated below. 4. Fiberglass Pool Cancellation & Refund ProcedureREFUND. The customer is may be allowed a refund subject to the following conditions: a) A Full Refund may be granted provided that notice is given to Fibreglass Pool Factory Inc. in writing within seven (7) days upon placement of the order and payment of the deposit (whether partial or in full); b) If the request for refund is made after seven (7) days but within fourteen (14) days upon placement of the order and payment of the deposit (whether partial or in full), then a partial refund shall be given. This shall be the deposit given less 20% (restocking fee); c) Any request for refund after fourteen (14) days upon placement of the order and payment of the deposit (whether partial or in full), shall no longer be granted. Special Order Item Fiberglass pools are considered special order items. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. 5. Delivery and Logistics Delivery schedules provided by Poolworld are estimated timelines and may vary depending on supplier production schedules, shipping availability, and logistics conditions. Poolworld shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies, port congestion, customsclearance, transportation issues, or other logistics-related circumstances beyond its control. 6. Installation Responsibility Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, Poolworld supplies fiberglass pools as retail products only. Installation, site preparation, excavation, plumbing, electrical works, and structural works are the responsibility of theclient or their appointed contractor. 7. Warranty Fiberglass pools are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer. The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by: • Improper installation • Ground movement or structural issues • Improper handling or transport after delivery • Chemical imbalance or improper maintenance • Unauthorized repairs or alterations 8. Warranty Claims Procedure For warranty claims, the customer must provide: • Original sales invoice or official receipt • Product model and serial number (if applicable) • Description of the issue • Photos or videos showing the concern The product may need to be inspected by Poolworld or the manufacturer before any warranty claim can be approved. 9. Force Majeure Poolworld shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill orders due to events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier disruptions, shipping delays, governmentregulations, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. 10. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order or making payment for a fiberglass pool, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the aboveTerms and Conditions.
