Fibreglass Pool Third-Party Installer Terms & Conditions

1) SCOPE OF SUPPLY (SALE ONLY). Covers only the sale/supply of the fiberglass pool shell and the listed pool-related equipment, if any. Installation, civil works, plumbing/electrical works, and commissioning are not included unless expressly stated in writing under a separate signed contract by Poolworld Philippines Inc.

2) THIRD-PARTY INSTALLATION. Any installer recommended or referred by Poolworld Philippines Inc. is an independent third-party contractor. “Accredited Installer” status signifies certification on correct pool installation guidelines only and does not create an employer–employee relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture with Poolworld Philippines Inc..

3) NO CONTROL OVER TIMELINE/WORKMANSHIP. Poolworld Philippines Inc. has no control over the installer’s manpower, scheduling, timeline, pricing, or execution and shall not be liable for delays, workmanship issues, or contractual disputes between the Customer and the installer.

3A) Any installation defect, delay, or damage caused by the Accredited Installer—including use of substandard or non-recommended materials—shall be for the installer’s and/or Customer’s account. Any corrective action by Poolworld Philippines Inc., if any, is purely goodwill and without admission of liability.

4)SEPARATE ARRANGEMENT. Any agreement on scope, price, materials, warranty, and timeline for installation is solely between the Customer and the installer. Poolworld Philippines Inc. is not a party to that agreement and assumes no liability for representations made by the installer.

5)MATERIALS AND SPECIFICATIONS. If the installer uses materials that do not meet Poolworld Philippines Inc. recommended specifications (including but not limited to pipe thickness/grade, fittings, valves, sealants, solvent cement, electrical components), Poolworld Philippines Inc. shall not be liable for any resulting defects, leaks, improper flow, equipment damage, or reduced longevity. Any resulting remedial work performed by Poolworld Philippines Inc., if any, shall be without prejudice and shall not be construed as an admission of fault or liability.

6)GOODWILL ASSISTANCE. Any assistance, inspection, or on-site support extended by Poolworld Philippines Inc. beyond the sales scope shall be considered goodwill support only, does not modify the warranty, and shall not establish precedent or liability.
